SHIPPING & RETURNS
A note about handmade ceramics
Starting from a piece of clay, I carefully create each object myself in my home studio. Many items will differ in color, shape and size. These differences define handmade products and are what make your piece truly unique. No two pieces are alike.
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground and all shipping to the US is free. For in stock orders, please allow 1-3 days for me to process your order and for it to leave my studio. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
For all MADE TO ORDER orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for your handmade items to process and be shipped out. The items will ship via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 business days and UPS ground takes 2-5 business days.
*For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. Please allow 2-6 weeks for transit. Grounded Ceramics cannot determine how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.
If you need items sooner than typical shipping times listed above, please contact me for a quote on expedited shipping.
Are you placing your order as a gift? If so, let me help! Please message me details so that I can include a gift message/card and wrap. Gift wrap is free.
I will gladly accept merchandise exchanges within 7 days of receipt and can offer a credit or the option to exchange for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage, along with the packaging slip and in its original packaging if possible.
If an item arrives damaged, please email within 3 days a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. A replacement or refund will be granted.
Customers are responsible for all returns and exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.
When shipping an item back please package the item very carefully, use a delivery confirmation and track your package. Grounded Ceramics is not responsible for lost or damaged exchanges.
